They aren't very fast but they are nice and their atms are awesome.
I will be closing my account today. I will find a bank where the staff treats you some shred of decency. The few times that I have had to use this branch, I have been treated as a second class citizen. These people are in the customer service industry and were not helpful at all.
Had me on hold for 10 min all for one question.
Very rude staff and the manager is a complete... well I won't say the word. My wife went in to get our banking statements and a official mark for our home loan. She was told "we don't do that" after my loan officer explained what we need they still would not. My wife then asked to speak with the manager who then slammed her door. You can't even obtain a URL on the print offs you get online either. You suck pnc. Expect me to call into the main office I want people fired.
