If you go here during peak hours, there's usually a pretty good wait, it's usually around 10 minutes.
I will never rate higher than this for any McDonald's in Louisville. I love their food but that's the only good thing about them. Even though they can all get it right sometimes, all McDonald's in Louisville get my order wrong the majority of the time. Mistakes like this shouldn't happen this often and for this many years. It's like McDonald's in general just doesn't have the motivation to care about customers or anything they do.
I was here once when a employee said a profane word. And he was fired at the counter. I don't think that was appropriate. Other than that really haven't had any issues with this McDonald's.
It used to take a vehicle about 5 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Today it took me 20 minutes from getting in line and receiving their order. Even after I paid and moved forward I was ask to pull around and wait for my order. There were 2 other vehicles waiting for their order in front of restaraunt. I was third. The lucky vehicle behind me had pulled up to the second window and gotten his order. Apparently my car was in his way and he honked and honked at me. I could not move.
This McDonald's is very clean and the food is usually fresh ( in McDonald's fashion).
Went here for a quick breakfast and a restroom. The lock on the stall would not stay shut. The other stall was occupied. Hand dryers will not dry hands unless you stand there for a very long time. The worst part, though, was the attitude of one of the supervisors. There was one young man taking orders inside and he needed change. When he asked the supervisor, she rolled her eyes and went and got them. Then she slammed them on the counter without even looking at her employee and walked away. He needed the drawer opened again since she had closed it so he had to call her back. She took her time filing a few more orders for the drive through while the line behind me was getting longer. She even slammed my order on The counter which I could not get because I was still waiting for my change. The young man was very professional and kind throughout. He even apologized for my wait. My advise to this young man is to look for employment elsewhere! File an HR report on your way out the door! This attitude is unacceptable and is borderline bullying. I can only imagine what else happens in this store. I will not be back. Panera is not to far away.
Worst fast food experience i have ever had. Its called fast food for a reason. Its supposed to be fast. I shouldnt have to wait in front of the store for 30 minutes. While i am waiting 3 people who ordered after me and were told to wait were served before me. On top of that they got my order wrong. I would give 0 stars but i cant. I will never go back again.
