The Store Manager was training a new employee and still managed to help us and every person who walked in the door at the same time. A pleasantly happy and courteous gentleman with a pony tail. We weren't even buying anything just changing data plans. In a age of bad customer service (especially at my end of town) Sprint should give this guy a medal or complimentary toaster oven.
