Super nice staff. Great atmosphere and amazing talent!!! Did an amazing job on my nails for my wedding. Will recommend and return.

The owner got upset and started being rude towards me. She turned off the water and told me she would charge $5.00 for a wait fee. I told her that was fine, but she continued to hassle me. She told me I should have told her at first, and she gave me a mean look. When I took my feet out of the water, she got upset about the floor being wet, and told me I was making a mess. I don't know how she expected my feet to be dry since they were soaking in a tub full of water, but then I offered to clean it up. However, she just stared like I had done the worst thing ever, and would not hand me the towel. She kept going on and on, as if to embarass me further. I explained to her I couldn't tell her something I didn't know, which was the guy's name. I didn't want to be rude and describe him, especially since they all look similiar. However, her attitude just got worse. I told her she needed to calm down and that she did not have to do that. I apologized for any confusion and told her I could just wait until Bruce was finished. She started to be ok with it, until Bruce spoke up and said, no just let her go on and leave. He made a statement, and when I politely asked "Sir, what did you say? I didn't hear you", he told me they don't do business like that. I apologized again, and even tried to explain, but it was no use. I asked where to put the towel I had used and put it in the dirty clothes hamper, then left. To say I was astonished is an understatement, especially since I have been in so many times and even gave them a good review. I see that quite a few people had similiar experiences, and we all went at separate times. The general concensus seems to be the owner is very rude, her staff is rude, and if you even attempt to stick up for yourself, you are asked to leave because they don't do business like that. I would have understood if I was beligerent, or cursing, but none of that happened, and I was still treated very rudely. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone if you speak up for yourself.

Bebe, the shop owner does a great job as far as doing nails. Though, I have seen her explode and be very rude to customers. She hasn't lashed out on me, YET. The prices are not great though. I pay $25 for a fill in because my nails are "too long". :( While the sign on the wall literally says $17. Normally, a full set anywhere is $25, so it's kind of a steal. Also, she trains the people that work alongside her personally, and they seem to fall short. They aren't very good and often stop and ask Bebe to do my nails or others, as they aren't doing well or simply don't know what to do. Wouldn't really recommend.

I enjoy going here

Since the new owners took over, it has been a very pleasant experience, they are friendly , very knowledgeable and do excellent work.

This is so sad, but I just did an awesome review of this place a few months back. Their actual services were wonderful....that is until I was asked to leave their shop by an employee named Bruce. I have been to this place numerous times, and today was no different. When I came in, I asked the lady if I would be able to get right in or if it would take some time. She told me I would get right in, which to me means 5 mins. Never mind the 15 minute wait I had, I was ready to get them done. I did not see the guy does a good job on my feet until he came out of the back after 10 mins. He took the next person in line, which unfortunately was not me. But I did see the one guy that did not do a great job, and he switched places with the female owner to work on my toes. When this happened, I asked that I wait until the guy I wanted to do mine could. I asked his name and found out it was Bruce, which I had never known before now. That's when everything went LEFT!
