Ordered a gluten free pizza. Came burned. Called the store. Said they'd send one right out. No apology. No offer of compensation and 40 min later, no pizza. You'd think customer satisfaction would be s priority. Customer service is not their strong point. They spoke to me like I was an inconvenience! I called the store back and was on hold for 5 minutes. Let me add that it took 45 min. I was not a priority and the delivery guy was scouting and rude.
My only complaint is I order so many pizzas almost every night & order several every time, & only get 10 points on the rewards. I would get 10 points if I ordered 1 pizza. I feel when someone orders as many as I do every time I order as often as I order, They should get more points towards a free pizza... I think you should reward loyal/frequent customers better. Thank You!
This is by far the best Domino's, they have only messed my order up once and that happens it's no big deal. I called and they apologized and sent me the correct pizza and a brownie at no extra charge. Everything I ever get is made to perfection. I can only get pizza from this Domino's as they have set such high standards no other place can compare to them.
I really like Domino's, I order from the same one several times a week for my guest at my business. As a matter of fact I just finished ordering 10 pizzas.
2nd time ordering a carryout by calling it in; both times they waited to make my pizza AFTER I showed up! The worst Domino's ever. I can call in a carryout in Middletown where I live and the pizza is always ready when I pick it up 11 minutes later. Get better staff at this store in Valley. Joke!
