Spend 8 hours there someone got paper work wrong, made the gal at check in desk happy though they were out of efs checks so I gave her a small handful...
Don't care about carriers, drivers or receiving customers. What is the least amount of work that we can get away with.

Such a nasty place to get loaded. They are happy to charge a $75 late fee and work-in in case driver is late for appointment. In my case I was on time for my so to say “appointment” and after exactly one hour of waiting in front of door I went inside to check the status. Very unhelpful window clerk informed me that they are short staffed and will load when they get to it and told me leave. So I did, drivers stand up and refuse to be abused.
