You may have to wait a while but the doctors here are Great. They don't have to except all forms of insurances. Most places won't these days, They really don't make much of money unless they do labs, so "YES" they may have more patients to make up for it. I get it and you should too. I drive from new Albany to Valley station, I hate Dixie highway there's always road work, they're understanding if I'm late, worked with me on appointments or prior authorizations. I don't plan on changing doctors anytime soon, not to mention Dr Handsome.. OK yes he is super dreamy, That being said, he also makes you feel like finally, in the medical field isn't JUST about the $$ I'm glad I found them and I appreciate what they've done for me.
I wish I could rate this place no stars! Unsanitary.... all of the nurses are rude!! And I'm a nice person and friendly but nobody seemed to return that favor. It took the me 10 days to refill a prescription that I went to see the doctor about! And that was with calling the office a million time seeing what was going on and what I needed to do to get my medicene. I ended up calling my actually insurnace company! This place is terrible and I rather stay home with the flu than make an appointment with these unprofessional peope.
Still pretty taken aback by how terrible of an experience I had. My husband works out of town, I had appointment for checkups for all 3 of my kids today because their birthdays are all together. The lady that called us back rolled her eyes at us right in front of us when she realized all 3 kids had appointments. Very rude. Then when the doctor saw my daughter I told her we were told she had eczema when she was a baby, but she has had no problems with it up until recently. She didnt even look at her skin. I asked if she could refer us to a dermatologist and she said she would prescribe her a cream. Without even looking at it. Then when it was time for my 4 year old to get his vaccinations she almost gave him an extra vaccine he already had received. Then was out of one he needed. Then when I go back into the room I notice what looks like blood on the walls. I tell my kids to wash their hands and the soap dispenser doesn't even work. This place is unsanitary and unprofessional. It seems like they have a turnover rate faster than McDonald's. I love my kids too much to ever bring them back to that place. They shouldn't take walk-ins at all being in a janky small 2 bedroom house in the south end. Especially if they are going to get attitude for me scheduling appointments for my 3 kids. Like I said I will never be back here. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Run as far and as fast as you can. Went in for a simple pap smear. I told the doctor that their technique was really uncomfortable .Her response was to ignore me. I nearly came off the table when I felt like one of their instruments gouged my insides. I immediately started burning inside my vagina, trying to address it was like talking to a brick wall. I ended up in the ER that night, running a slight fever and in considerable pain. The doctor there said I had scratches and tears to my vagina wall, such as you would see in rape victims. I was admitted and put on antibiotics as the slight fever was the start of an infection from the scratches and the tears. I need not say whom I am talking to next to make sure I am compensated and that this NEVER happens to anyone else. Not to mention the staff is extremely rude and heartless.
I made an appointment to be seen by the doctor to have some meds prescribed. When I got there the doctor wasn't even there and had to see the nurse practitioner which couldn't even prescribe the meds that I needed. They went ahead and saw me anyway and told me they would talk to the doctor and let me know. The next day the nurse practitioner or Dr couldn't call me so they had somebody in their front office do their dirty work and told me to go see a psychiatrist. I have a good friend of mine that goes there and gets prescribed the same medication that I do and I have better qualifications to be prescribed this medication. There's no reason given as to why medication is not prescribed
