Dr. Kestler is the best! Both myself and my husband see her. She really listens to you and she is very nice and comforting to talk to.
They never answer the phone, they call in prescription instructions wrong, they close whenever they want to, they take forever on referrals. I don't know what's really going on up there but that place is not what it seems to be.
Don't waster your time. This place is a JOKE! No one ever answers phone. Never get a call back. Waited almost six weeks for referral to be sent. Faxed it myself, had appt. within an hour. Don't understand how a doctors office don't understand how to refer a patient. Or insurance for that matter. If you was dying you would be screwed with this bunch!

I have to say. I was really impressed with that staff here. Not like Norton Health or Kentucky One. I didn't have to get a thousand tests for just any reason they could think of. They definitely made me feel like they have my best wellness in mind at all times. This is not your corporate machine doctors office. What a refreshing experience. Big props and highly recommended!!!!!!!!
