Our large (African American) group of 8 had excellent service. A few in our group were running late yet the wait staff was patient and gracious. The food was delicious and it was an overall pleasant and welcoming experience from the hostess, to the management, to the wait staff to the cashiers. I'll be returning.
The store had lots of great items ideal for Christmas gifts and the food as excellent. Fast and friendly service as well. :-)
The food has always been great and the staff friendly. For valley station that is a rarity. But as the crowd that is always there will attest...good Cracker Barrel food, with a nice variety in the gift shop...are consistently wonderful. Prices are good and portions large. A great place to eat.
Waitress was great but we waited almost 2 hours for food because they lost our order. Then the order was wrong. The manager then refused to come to the table the order but I struggled the waitress to comp our drinks.... Shouldn't have paid anything considering we were there for 3 hours and didn't even get what we asked for. But the manager was refusing to do his job and come to the table. Won't be coming back here.
We had several people with us. Service was great. Food delicious. One order had a mistake and it was quickly corrected.
