Planned last minute birthday party for my son and Brian the manager did an amazing job fitting us in and making accommodations for us. The food was great! Brian and his staff made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
I love this Gattis, however on my last visit there was a lot of old pizza on the buffet...no one wants to eat that. They should try to maintain the freshness, especially at dinner time. Even if there is only a hand full of people in the restaurant, they deserve fresh. They paid money for fresh.

It was a nice, someone was cleaning all the time. Checked out the play room, it had nice, up to date, games. It's perfect for kid's. Pizza was good.
It was absolutely horrible. My daughter paid nearly 200.00 for the rent of the room and for everyone to eat for my grandchildren's birthday party for twins. There was no food, it took 25 to 40 minutes for anyone to get any pizza. What pizza was there was so dried out you couldn't eat it. I don't no what they were doing when they cooked a pizza it was over cooked. The toppings we're completely sad. No one ever came and got our plates until it was time to be out of the party room. They over booked for birthday parties so there was never enough food for any one. We had asked them to make pizza and the orders would not get done. The party room floor was filthy. This was the worse I have ever experienced. We will not do it again. I will not go there to even eat again it was just pathetic. It says I have to give it a rating first before I can post, but there are no minus stars. So I had to give it a 1. I wouldn't even give it that.
