DON'T OWN A MOTORCYCLE OR CAR WITH AN AFTERMARKET EXHAUST, OR A LAWN MOWER, CAUSE YOU WILL GET CITED... DON'T HAVE A FRIEND SLEEP OVER OR YOU WILL BE CITED... DO NOT BREATHE OR YOU WILL BE CITED... SAD CAUSE IT COULD OF BEEN A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE BUT THE MANAGER/OWNER RUINS IT FOR EVERYONE...
I used to live here many years ago and was there recently and it is still pretty nice.
Terrible place. Owner/manager is a jerk. Better off living on the street then this excuse for a mobile home community. Dumb rules & you get idiotic notices for stuff just because the owner/manager doesn't agree. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The place is a dump. I wouldn't let my dog live there
Owner is very hard to live under gives notices to anything he doesn't like no matter how small or dumb makes living here not worth it save yourself the headach find a better place to live
