Compared to the other trailer parks in the area this one is probably the best maintained and has the best people in it. It's clean and everyone cares about their yards. It's well landscaped.
I enjoy living here the park could use some maintenance but overall it's clean and quiet good neighbors, but I just want to know why it's advertised free water when I get a water bill every month, don't know what's up with that but I have made copies of the advertising and my lawyer is looking into it along with wave 3 so don't be discouraged it is a family oriented community and I don't plan on going anywhere.
This is not an RV park and is located in a very bad rough area on the west side of Louisville.
A nice trailer park. Clean and well maintained. I've lived there before, never had any major issues. However the maintenance crew are the biggest bunch of gossips I've ever encountered. I've never seen stories so fabricated and asinine. If they don't have a good story they will make one up. My suggestion is just mind your own business and don't talk to them. Other than that it's a pretty good place to live.
The speed bumps or the biggest I've ever seen and the bottom of my car scrapes on every single bump.
The one downside to this place is the maintenance men are gossips and busy bodies and in my opinion very unprofessional. For some reason they'll make up stories because they don't have a life of Their Own just to have something to talk about. If you live here, and I do recommend it, mind your own business, socialize with just your neighbors and not the maintenance crew and you should be fine.
