A business this popular should have a manager that knows how to staff his store as well as staffing that store with knowledgeable and friendly people. One or two guys know what they are doing, the rest need a refresher course. If you need parts or service be sure to ask for Steve or Jason. They'll get you going again. Five stars for those two guys, the rest of the staff are worth 3 stars when added up.
Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about cars who honestly help you to diagnose any problem with your car and tell you what it would take to get the issue fixed.
