Went in for an oil change. The facility performed the oil change as usual. However, when I got back to my car. They claimed my hood latch was broken. There was never an issue with it before my visit. As I checked the mechanism, turns out they snapped the plastic piece that controls the cable linked to the hood handle under the dash. Not realizing this, they took the latch off, could not figure out what was wrong with it and put it back on without fixing it. Me not having the tools to fix or realign the latch after they removed it, drove home. The hood flew off my car on the highway. Putting myself and the vehicles around me in severe danger. Thanks Ken towery. Not ever will I return to this location, and I will discourage others to ever visit here again.
Talk with Brent. He will go out of his way to make sure that you get the best parts and the best service. Always felt good when leaving here about the service provided. Can't get that at a dealership. I'm a mechanic and when time is scarce and don't have time to do it myself, these are the guys to do it.

The people were very friendly and jumped right on mounting and balancing some aftermarket rims and tires I bought from the internet. Whereas Tire Discounter right down the street said absolutely not ad told me it would be near impossible to find someone to do so, because the items were not purchased from that particular business.
