Bobby and Curtis really went out of their way to do a good job on diagnosis and repair of our AC on our 2008 Ford Fusion. Very clean waiting and shop areas. Would definitely recommend you see Bobby, if you need an excellent auto repair experience!

The gentleman who answered the phone was rude said that I would need to bring my car in before he could give me a quote on break line. First of all no brakes retard and second couldn't give me a quote about what it would be he said I can't give u one I said really u don't know how much part is and bout how much in labor they do have book says that job calls for so many hours so he could have by doing lil research in stead he yelled 200 cause I called him out on not wanting to do research and he hung up sounds like half ass worker who don't know anything. 0 stars what they deserve
I took my car to the Dixie highway location March 1, 2017 to get a quote for the labor to replace the actuators on my Impala. I took my car there already knowing the issue and JUST needing a quote on the labor after looking into other places for labor for comparison. Bobby is who I spoke to, he questioned me on how I knew the actuators were bad, I explained and never second thought why he'd ask. The quote I was given was $750 for all 3 actuators, which is reasonable in comparison to other places. On March 3, 2017 I took my car up there with the understanding the we had that he was going to fix the actuators and it was going to take most of the day and that it would be ready the next morning and that was fine with me. When I dropped my car off he then told me that he would "give it a second look and give me a call to update me on pricing" I asked for a roundabout time he said two hours. This is at 9:30am. I finally received a call at 4:30pm, telling me that my water pump is leaking and needs to be replaced, my air compressor needs to be replaced and the my price now is 2,500. He continues to explain how one won't work without the other... and I went to pick my car up immediately! When I get there the door is locked and he sees me and tries to stand still thinking I won't see him through the glass. I knock and put my face to the glass to let him know I see him(this is all at 5pm, they close at 5:30pm). He lets me in and asks how he can help and I tell him I'm here to pick up my car, this is when he proceeds to tell me that they charge $90 for the testing I DID NOT approve nor ask for. And I let him know that, and he gets an attitude with me but backs my car out. After all this he has the nerve to tell me the I cost him $30 for the gallon of antifreeze he put in my car that I yet again DID NOT ASK FOR. Now that I've written an essay, I think it's ridiculous that mechanics can't just fix what you ask them to fix. I'm not an idiot, I'm not going to take my car to a mechanic not knowing what's wrong with it and when I ask for something to be fixed I expect it to be fixed within the time I was told it would be done. NOTHING EXTRA. Him trying to get " a few more dollars" caused him not to get any at all.
Customer service was great. Work was done in a very timely manner and was cheaper than all of the other quotes I received.
