Great service. Had 2 shocks and 4 tires put on my Malibu. Took them less than hour to call me and tell me my car was ready. Quick and easy.

Service is slow but not a bad place to get cheap tires.

30 bucks to get a small bolt out of my tire and patch it. It took an hour and a half to do it because my tire pressure monitoring system got messed up and I assume they were trying to figure it out. Manager said it may take a bit for the cpu to clear the error but it didn't it just said the system needs serviced! I called the manager and he said I had broken sensors and I said they wernt broke until I come there. So I brought it back the next morning to polite cold shoulders, no sorry for the trouble just here's your paper and give me your keys. I say next door having a smoke and watching for my truck to get done and it sat there and sat there with no one working on it so I got up and walked over to see no one working on it so then the guy seen me and waved me over to let me know what's going on. The guy tells me my sensors have to be retrained and the can do it for 19.99! I said so I have to pay for it?? Yeah it's just one of those things ya know... Your computer didnt reset itself like it should have so we have to do it for a little fee of course (my words not his). So after a couple beeps and honks 5 minutes later my truck was fixed. There were no broken sensors like the manager said, pure lies. Shame on any business that operates like this, I sure hope that extra 20 bucks was worth it. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Tries to take advantage of me because I am a woman. $800 for a brake job.. not stupid

Michel Tires on Dixie is, in my opinion, practicing bad business. I don't think it's legitimate to charge you for a new warranty, when they replace a tire under warranty. The tire was only 2 months old. They said it had a nail in the sidewall, which couldn't be fixed. Although, when my husband had examined the tire, he could not find any damage to it. But since the tire couldn't be repaired, they had to replace it. And according to them the new tire would not be covered under the existing warranty. Does that make sense? Anytime I have had a product replaced under warranty, the warranty continued on the new product.
